University Club plans post-Thanksgiving feast

The University Club has a special Thanksgiving-themed buffet on offer for lunch today.

The menu features:

  • roast turkey with gravy
  • roast honey Dijon ham
  • scalloped potatoes
  • roast acorn squash, parsnips, sweet potatoes
  • stuffing
  • baked penne primavera in a garlic al olio sauce
  • minestrone
  • cabbage soup with sausage

for just $11.95.

The club, located on the ground floor of Vanier Hall, serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Assistant catering manager Catherine Oman invites faculty and staff to take a break from their hectic workdays.

“Carry on the warmth of harvest and join us for a respite, with our cloth napkins and tablecloths on each table, proper china and flatware, and professional waitstaff,” she says.
