Cleaning and building care
- Custodial cleaning of all spaces
- Waste removal from buildings
- Recycling
- Pest control and monitoring
- Locking and unlocking exterior doors
- Cleaning restricted areas on request
Events and emergencies
- Set-up and take-down for events
- Table and chair delivery within buildings
- Response to emergencies such as floods and plugged toilets

Fee for Service
These services are available on request and are charged to the requesting department:
- Special project or event cleaning — exams, graduation, weddings and similar
- Set-up for non-University events
- Cleaning above the standard schedule, on request
