Once again, The Odette School of Business teamed up with RW & Co, a chain store selling its own brand of upscale urban-inspired clothing and accessories for men and women located at the Devonshire Mall, for an evening of great discounts and great looks!
The event had taken place after the mall closed, RW & Co was most accommodating, putting in special orders, very helpful staff, plus live music!
Store manager, Davawn White was ecstatic with the turnout – “the turn-out was totally more than what I expected, having done this last I had an idea what to expect, but we surpassed last year and will definitely be doing it again!”, stated White.
Sierra Clinansmith a 1st year business student, found great some deals.
“Updating the wardrobe for presentations and job interviews are not always in the budget but with this exclusive discount it wasn’t as hard of a hit”.
Last year, Maddie Bziuk, a 4th year business student, organized this event, and was happy to see it happen again. She is hoping this will be an annual event. “I thought an event like this would be a great opportunity and wanted to bring it to the students at Odette. As a business student you should take advantage of the opportunities that Odette offers. This all started with a class project in Consumer Behaviour, where we approached RW & Co and created new marketing opportunities for them, much like this event. It was great to see an idea like this come to life!”
