For items that are not listed within the Remote Order Entry System (ROES) the Centre has designed an electronic purchase order requisition (.pdf) which allows clients to forward an order request to our order desk for compliance review and order placement.
Purchase Order Requisition (.pdf)
The requisition requires e-mail access. The data contained within the requisition is submitted electronically to the centre by e-mail. Our e-mail system will automatically provide notification of receipt.
