Ontario University Athletics has scheduled the next round of playoff games for three Lancer varsity teams.

The men’s hockey team will hold home-ice advantage for a three-game West Conference final against the Waterloo Warriors. The series opens at Windsor Arena on Wednesday, February 27; moves to Waterloo for game two Saturday, March 2, and will conclude in Windsor on Sunday, March 3, with a third game, if necessary. Face-off for all three games is at 7:30 p.m.

The women’s basketball team will host the McMaster Marauders for the West Conference title at the St. Denis Centre on Saturday, March 2, at 7 p.m.

The men’s basketball team will compete this weekend in the provincial championship tournament, the Wilson Cup Final Four. Windsor will meet the Ottawa Gee-Gees in a semi-final Friday, March 1, at 8 p.m. The game will be televised on the Score network at 10 p.m.

The tournament continues the next day with the bronze medal game at 4 p.m. and the championship game at 6 p.m. The Score will carry both games live, and is available locally as channel 68 on Cogeco Cable.
