All part-time undergraduates are invited to attend the Organization of Part-Time University Students (OPUS) annual general meeting on Tuesday, March 26, at 5 p.m. in room 172, CAW Student Centre.
The meeting provides an opportunity for members to review reports from the Board of Directors and staff about the activities of the organization over the past year. Students also have the opportunity to ask questions of their representatives.
Attendees will discuss the new OPUS strategic plan and action plans for the 2013/14 year., and will consider the ratification of the results of the most recent election. Other items under discussion include:
- the minutes of the 2012 AGM;
- board and staff annual reports;
- financial reports;
- constitution, by-laws and policies.
