In addition to 10 percent savings on almost everything in both its Vanier Hall and CAW Student Centre locations, the University Bookstore is offering UWindsor employees a chance at nabbing some special deals on selected clothing items today.

These sale items are stocked in the Vanier Hall operation, says marketing coordinator Martin Deck.

“It’s mostly sweatshirts and some sweatpants,” he says. “There are some good deals to be had, and today’s 10 percent discount applies even to these already-reduced prices.”

The Bookstore in Vanier Hall is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; its kiosk in the CAW Student Centre is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The kiosk is also the setting for signings by local authors Paul Vasey (The River), Rino Bortolin (Rino’s Kitchen) and Owen Jones (Music from Windsor), Friday from noon to 2 p.m.
