Academic integrity office issues awards for allies

Support from instructors, staff and students makes her job easier, says academic integrity officer Danieli Arbex. Her office has issued certificates of appreciation to more than 50 individuals who have helped to promote academic integrity on the UWindsor campus.

“These award recipients deserve recognition for their efforts to create a culture of honesty,” says Dr. Arbex. “The certificates are a small way for us to show that we value their support in educating students about how to avoid misconduct, and the importance of responsible behaviour.”

The current set of awards is for the 2012/13 academic year. Arbex plans to distribute them on an annual basis. See a full list of recipients on the Academic Integrity website.
