Getting to know Miah-Marie Langlois

This March, the University of Windsor is hosting the 2014 CIS Women’s Basketball Championships from March 14 to 16 at the St. Denis Centre. Over the course of the last six weeks, the Windsor Lancers have offered a sneak peak at members of the three-time defending champions to give readers an inside look at these student-athletes. Song: Currently at this particular moment and at the top of my head – the entire Beyoncé album

Meteorologist, sports agent, spy, superhero.

Other than my textbooks for school, “Einstein” by Walter Isaacson

What is your favourite Lancer moment?

There are many moments but to list some: all three national championships and celebrating certain endeavours.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

Travelling to six countries thus far.

Who is your hero and why?

I do not have one particular hero. It is everyone around me that I think is a hero in their own way. There is always at least one trait, skill or attitude that stands out in people that I gravitate towards and respect them for that.

What does being a Lancer mean to you?

Having pride, being confident, friendly, family, home.
