Custodian Fadi Ibrahim remembered for contributions to campus

UWindsor custodian Fadi Ibrahim, who died April 25, is remembered by colleagues as a hard worker who cared about making the campus comfortable for students, faculty and staff.

“Fadi was a dedicated worker who took an interest in the activities of researchers in the labs he was responsible for,” said John Regier, manager of custodial services. “Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this sad time.”

Ibrahim began his campus employment in 1990 in the custodial department of Facility Services.

Campus flags will be lowered in his memory on Friday, May 16. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, May 17; find details in his obituary online.
