Time is running out to register for UWindsor’s Take Our Kids to Work Day program.

Grade nine students who have parents, relatives or friends working on campus will have a chance to walk in their shoes November 5. Participants will enjoy a variety of planned group activities by the faculties of engineering and nursing among others, as well as the opportunity to job shadow their hosts for a portion of the day. Students and their hosts will also be treated to a complimentary welcome breakfast and lunch.

Employees who wish to host a child must complete the online registration form and submit a waiver signed by the child’s parent or guardian no later than October 22. The registration for the group activities is limited to a maximum of 60 students on a first come, first served basis.
