The Lancer women will travel to Waterloo to face the Laurier Golden Hawks in a 1 p.m. start, after a 2-1 overtime victory against McMaster, Wednesday in Hamilton. Cassie Chretien scored both Windsor goals to put her team in the quarter-final round for the first time since 2011.

All other varsity action is also on the road. Waterloo is the setting for the provincial championships in cross country Saturday. Men’s hockey is in Kingston for a pair of games against Royal Military College. Women’s hockey will head north to face off against the Nipissing Lakers and Laurentian Voyageurs.
