A new online Human Resources tool will soon give faculty, staff, and student employees secure, online access to their own HR information when and where they need it.

 myUWinfo is expected to launch by the end of the month and promises to provide users with full and secure access to the following information:

• Printable pay statements, with access to archived statements from the past two years;
• Updatable address and phone information;
• Updatable emergency contact information;
• Employment history;
• Pension, benefits, and payroll information;
• Access to various human resources information links;
• Links to such applications sites as the Required Training site; tuition remission; UWINCARD; and professional development sites;
• T4 and T4A slips, printable for income tax filing purposes, as well as access to current (when ready) and historical T4 and T4A slips to view and print.

“myUWinfo is a gateway to the important information our employees may need to access on a regular basis,” says Rita LaCivita, Vice-President, Human Resources.

“Over the next several days, employees can expect to receive an email with instructions on how to securely access this new tool by using their uwinID and password. myUWinfo can also be viewed on any mobile device that has a browser and access to the internet. We know our employees will enjoy the flexibility of having this information at their fingertips, on the go, wherever they happen to be.”
