UWindsor grad Marc Bondy (BFA 2000) knows his Scotch and will share some of his knowledge during a special evening March 2 at the Windsor Club.

“Scotch 101” will feature a tasting and food pairing, with an overview of the distinguishing factors that make one Scotch different from another. Participants will enjoy a guided nosing and tasting of three single malt whiskies: Deanston Highland, Ledaig (Isle of Mull), and Glenfiddich 15-year-old (Speyside).

The event, sponsored by the Alumni Association, runs 6 to 8:30 p.m. The $50 admission price includes a three-course meal; register online. The Windsor Club is located in the Wiser’s Reception Centre at 2072 Riverside Drive East, adjacent to the Hiram Walker distillery.
