The School of Creative Arts is donating more than 4,000 works produced by printmaking students over 37 years to a local non-profit organization.
The school will turn its print collection over to the Windsor Printmakers’ Forum on December 5, in preparation for the move to the downtown campus in fall 2017.
However, artists who have produced any of these works — students in printmaking courses between 1970 and 2007 — may claim their prints before the transfer.
The vault in the LeBel Building will open to allow former students to retrieve their pieces from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these dates: November 4, 11, 18, and December 2.
Instructor Lisa Baggio will prepare prints for pick-up. To claim your work, please provide her with at least a week’s notice at lbaggio@uwindsor.ca.
