The School of Creative Arts will host the first of a series of group critique nights for practicing artists and creatives in the Windsor Essex community on Thursday, June 21, in the SoCA Gallery.

The event is open to anyone working in a creative field such as visual art or sonic art, music, film, writing, curating, theatre, etc. It will provide the opportunity to meet with others in the community to discuss your ideas, completed works, or works in progress, and receive feedback in a supportive environment.

A projector and speakers will be available, as well as space in the gallery to install physical works. If you are showing digital files, bring them on a USB key.

All are welcome to join, even those who wish to attend but don’t have work to show.

Install and prep will take place at 6 p.m. and the critiques will start at 6:30 p.m. The SoCA Gallery is located in the Armouries at 37 University Avenue East.
