A vigil Thursday, September 27, will commemorate Jason Solomon, a third-year student of criminology and psychology, who died August 27 in shooting Windsor police described as a “targeted incident.”

Thursday’s ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. in the Alumni Auditorium, CAW Student Centre.
