Team Canada has named Brett Lumley, an associate head coach with Lancer track and field, to its staff for the Paralympic Games in Tokyo, opening Aug. 24.
Lumley is one of five event coaches and will coach ambulatory track, jumps, and relay in his ninth assignment with the national team.
“The Paralympics will showcase the best talent in the world. I'm really looking forward to experiencing the greatness of Canada’s best,” said Lumley. “This Canadian team is well prepared and ready to showcase this in Tokyo. I am certain there will be lots to celebrate.”
