A virtual flag-raising ceremony on Monday, Nov. 1, will serve as the formal launch to the campus fund-raising campaign for the United Way.

The charity’s flag will fly outside Chrysler Hall Tower during the appeal period. UWindsor staff and faculty will receive an email solicitation for donations to United Way, which focuses on support for local children and youth from the time they’re born until they find a career.

The kick-off event will begin at 10 a.m. University of Windsor employees who register and attend will be entered into a draw to win an extra vacation day. Sign up here to receive a link to the ceremony on Microsoft Teams.
