Sports marketing ideas subject of case competition

Students who believe in the inspiring power of sport and are ready to demonstrate their marketing acumen are invited to participate in the Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment case competition.

The company, which owns Toronto’s professional franchises in the National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, Major League Soccer and Canadian Football League, is challenging university students from across the country to assemble a team and pitch their dream sports marketing partnership.

Winners will get the opportunity to interview for an internship at MLSE and a chance to win game tickets, jerseys, and more. The deadline to register teams of two to five members is Monday, Nov. 15. Get details on key dates and registration instructions.
