Lancer men’s and women’s hockey teams will play their first home games of the season this weekend.

The women will first be in Waterloo to meet the Warriors on Thursday, but will return to the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex to face off against the Guelph Gryphons on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

The men will host the Nipissing Lakers for a pair of games Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 4 p.m.

Soccer will host the “Lancers Kick Cancer” games Friday at Alumni Field. The women will play at 6 and the men at 8 p.m. vs. Waterloo. They will visit the Warriors for the rematches Sunday.

Golf will compete in the Ontario University Athletics championship tournament Saturday and Sunday in Waterloo.

Football will also be in Waterloo on Saturday to take on the Laurier Golden Hawks. Kick-off is at 1 p.m.
