Alumni Stadium to host high school track meet

Alumni Stadium will come alive Saturday as the Lancer track and field team hosts one of the largest and most competitive high school meets in Ontario.

Athletes from 47 schools will descend upon Windsor, travelling from across Windsor-Essex, Chatham, Petrolia, Sarnia, London, and even as far north as Timmins. With more than 1,200 student-athletes set to compete, this event marks a key stop on the road to the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations championships taking place in Toronto this June.

Competitions begin at 9:30 a.m., featuring a full slate of exciting events on both the track and in the field. Live results can be found on the Windsor Timing website.

Admission is just $3 for the day, with free entry for children 12 and under. Don't miss this opportunity to witness the next generation of provincial track and field stars in action.
