The HR / Payroll system (VIP) will be unavailable from Friday, Oct. 6, at noon, until Monday, Oct . 9, due to an application upgrade. The upgrade will impact other applications that receive data feeds and are noted below.
At the same time, myUWinfo will receive a new portal theme.
The applications impacted by the downtime include:
- VIP – All modules (Health & Safety, Human Resources, Payroll, Pensions, Position Control, VPA, and Equity)
- MyUWINFO employee portal
- My Attendance
- Required Training Site
- Tuition Wavier
- OT call-in system for Facility Services and Campus Police
- VIP Interfaces - data integrations for UWinsite Finance, EDS (campus directory), Brightspace, UWinsite Student, eCV, and eGAS. These applications will be accessible but will not receive updates from VIP during the maintenance schedule.
