President to address UWindsor’s role in provincial system

UWindsor president Alan Wildeman will draw on the University’s strategic mandate to discuss its place in the province’s differentiation framework in a public address Tuesday, January 28.

Students, faculty, staff and the broader community are invited to the one-hour event, entitled “Making a difference when a difference matters,” which will begin at 11 a.m. in the Ambassador Auditorium, CAW Student Centre.

In the draft document released December 20, Dr. Wildeman notes features that distinguish the University of Windsor, including its proximity to the Great Lakes and the United States, its presence within a city adapting to a more post-industrial world, and its status as the only university in deep southwestern Ontario.
