Catering Services has a limited amount of gourmet beef available for purchase.
Sourced from the local farm of alumnus Ryan Pearson (BSc 2019), the ground beef is from Wagyu cattle finished on grass to produce heavily-marbled meat.
It is available in 1- or 2-lb. boxes and sells for $20 per pound. To order, email catering@uwindsor.ca.
