The 2022 Employee Engagement Survey provided the University with a more accurate picture of the employee experiences at the University of Windsor. They highlighted areas of strength and opportunities to enhance the workplace culture and the employee experience.
As part of the University's commitment to turn the survey results into action, in the summer 2022 the Employee Engagement Survey Action Group was established with representation from all employee groups. The group identified 21 key actions to strengthen our workplace.
