As per the Occupational Health and Safety Act Reg. 800 WHMIS training is mandatory for all personnel. This training can be completed either in a classroom environment or on-line through the University of Windsor Occupational Health & Safety website: /safety/whmis
WHMIS training must be renewed on an annual basis. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Occupational Health & Safety, Ext. 2055, or your faculty supervisor.
Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate students after completing their WHMIS training on-line are asked to provide a copy of the completed training sheet to their respective technician:
