Matching Donation Opportunity: Elevate Scholarship in Engineering

A bold new Faculty of Engineering initiative aims to elevate opportunities for equity-deserving groups in engineering to propel a culture shift in our workforce that better reflects the communities we serve and belong to.  The University of Windsor is offering a 1:1 match up to $500,000 in scholarship donations.  Help us elevate students to new heights in their journey of becoming engineering professionals.  Your donation of any amount will help us achieve our collective goals.

"The importance of Elevate Scholarships can not be understated. Receiving this scholarship has enabled me to pursue my dream of becoming an engineer.  The Elevate program is life-changing and the reason I am at the University of Windsor."  Naomi Nsoko

About Elevate

The faculty has increased its undergraduate entrance scholarships for Black, Indigenous, and female students as well as for students who identify as non-binary [1] to $5,000 and topped them off with a guaranteed summer research position in the Faculty of Engineering following the completion of their first year. This is valued at an additional $10,000 and unique among Canadian universities. Together, with our alumni and community partners, we can enrich the student experience and allow us to continue to grow our expanding engineering programs.
