Film screening depicting the events that happened at L'Ecole Polytechnique
On December 4th, there will be a film screening depicting the events that happened at L'Ecole Polytechnique at 6:30 pm. It will be held in Vanier's Oak Room. Refreshments will be provided.
National Day of Remembrance (L'Ecole Polytechnique) and violence against women.
On December 6th, the memorial will take place to honour the students from L'Ecole Polytechniqe who's lives were taken on this very sad day. The memorial will take place on December 6th at the monument outside between Dillon Hall and Essex Hall starting at 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm. At 5:30 pm all guests are invited over to the Oak Room for food and refreshments and a panel discussion. Panelists are Dusty Johnstone, Dr. Jane Ku, and a female representative from the Engineering Department.
