Strategic Enrolment Management (SEM) Governance
As part of the University’s overall planning and effectiveness effort, a Strategic Enrolment Management (SEM) plan was created to bring together campus resources to focus on the strategies of enrolment and student success.
The process is facilitated through a carefully designed structure led by the Strategic Enrolment Management Executive Committee (SEMX) and two primary committees: the Undergraduate Recruitment and Conversion Committee (URCC) and the Graduate Recruitment and Conversion Committee (GRCC). A third committee to focus on retention and student success is currently being evaluated. These committees are all supported through forums, working groups and participation from across the University.
Membership is designed to achieve full campus participation in the evolution and implementation of UWinsor’s SEM goals. Listed below are the SEM committees with links to additional information regarding the responsibilities and membership of each group.
