Nominations for the 2025 Alumni Awards are now open!
Nominate a colleague for their outstanding contributions to the legal community and local Windsor Law community in one of the following categories:
- The Distinguished Alumni Award (Dual & JD)
- The Emerging Leaders in the Law Award (Dual & JD)
- The Extraordinary Contributions to Windsor Law in Memory of John Mountain ’86
- The Access to Justice Award
- The Dual JD Transnational Leader Award
- The Builders of Windsor Law Award

Nomination Rules
Please provide a complete application for the Alumni Awards Committee to review including:
- a nomination summary describing why the nominee is deserving of the award (required);
- a bio or CV of the nominee (optional);
- letters of reference (optional); and/or
- other supplemental information(optional).
If a nomination summary is not provided, the application will be considered incomplete. Any additional supporting documentation (CV, bio, letter of reference, etc.) is optional but strongly encouraged.

This award recognizes a graduate in any field of law who, through excellence in their career, brings distinction to the legal profession and enhances the reputation of Windsor Law. (Dual JD & Single JD Categories)
This award recognizes alumni within 10 years of graduation for leadership in the legal profession and/or service to their community. (Dual JD & Single JD Categories)
This award recognizes significant contributions by a graduate to improving access to justice within the legal community.
This award recognizes alumni who have achieved significant impact with their Dual JD degree on an international scale.
This award recognizes individuals who are not necessarily alumni but who have made significant contributions to Windsor Law.
