OpenDOAR
OpenDOAR is an authoritative directory of academic open access repositories. Each OpenDOAR repository has been visited by project staff to check the information that is recorded here. This in-depth approach does not rely on automated analysis and gives a quality-controlled list of repositories.

OpenEdition Books
OpenEdition Books is a web platform for books in the humanities and social sciences. More than half of them are available in Open Access. Note to patrons: Note to patrons: you can select either French or English for your search and display on the top right banner line. To determine which books are open access do a search for your topic of interest. On your results page go to the left hand column and under Access select either Open Access Freemium or Simple Open Access.

OpenEdition Journals
OpenEdition Journals is a journals platform for the humanities and social sciences. Founded in 1999 under the name of Revues.org, it is now home to 450 online publications. Of our 150 000 articles, 95% are available in full-text access. Note to patrons: you can select either French or English for your search and display on the top right banner line.

Directory of Open Access Books
The OAPEN Library contains freely accessible academic books, mainly in the area of humanities and social sciences. OAPEN works with publishers to build a quality controlled collection of open access books, and provides services for publishers, libraries and research funders in the areas of deposit, quality assurance, dissemination, and digital preservation.
