Faculty of Law Digital Repository
We encourage faculty members to use the Faculty of Law Digital Repository. If you are interested in this option, please let us know in the email above.
The librarian will ascertain which version (https://www.library.yorku.ca/web/collections/discover-our-collections/1276-2/) of your paper can be posted, and will request this version from you. If the work in question has co-authors, ensure that you have their permission to post the article in the Digital Repository.
Important Note: Scholars are encouraged to negotiate an open access provision as part of their copyright agreement. If an open access provision is not negotiated, the journal’s general open access /copyright policy will apply.
What Happens Next
Once a reference librarian receives your request, we will format the citation, abstract and any available links to the work. This will be sent to the Communications office for dissemination on the Law Publications page. The Law Library will also purchase 2 print copies of the book for our collection and our Faculty Display case.
Updates to your Faculty Webpage
Faculty members are encouraged to promote their scholarly work through an up-to-date web page listing their scholarly publications, research reports, and other publications. This web page is connected to faculty bios on the Windsor Law Website Faculty Directory. Please contact the Communications Co-ordinator lawcommmunications@uwindsor.ca for assistance.
