On May 26, 2026, at the CALL/ACBD Conference in Moncton New Brunswick, Annette Demers presented the findings of the Reinvigorating Academic Law Library Standards articles that were published in CanLII in 2024 and 2025:

At this session, several academic law librarians agreed that the best solution might be to have the CALL/ACBD Academic SIG draft their own Canadian Academic Law Library Standards, reimagining the previous document drafted by CALL-D in 2007 and revised in 2020.
