Imam Yousef Wahb holds a Bachelor's of Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, from the Faculty of Languages and Translation. He is currently doing his Master’s in Law (LLM) at the University of Windsor.
 
Since 2014, he has been serving Windsor's Muslim community through the Windsor Imams Council, the Windsor Islamic Council, the Windsor Islamic Youth Council, and the Inter-Faith Group of Windsor and Essex County. He is also a member of the Equality and Diversity Committee at the Faculty of Law. Imam Yousef has been counselling students at the University of Windsor through the Muslim Students Association (MSA) since 2017. Through the MSA, Imam Yousef serves students on campus by giving sermons at the weekly Friday prayers held at the university. He also participates in MSA events organized on campus as a speaker and a teacher, lecturing on a range of topics relevant to students of various backgrounds.
 
As the Imam of Youth, Education & Outreach at the Windsor Islamic Association, he continues to teach a wide array of disciplines to diverse audiences through his Al-Majlis program, as well as facilitating outreach and interfaith programs across social service organizations.
 
He has dedicated over 10 years as a religious educator, counsellor, and visiting lecturer. Previously, he headed the Academic Committee of Shaykh al-Amoud Foundation to educate youth in Egypt on the various branches of Islamic knowledge.
