Charges
- Academic: $28/day or $130/week
- Non-Academic: $50/day*
- Between Semesters: $130/week or $28/day
- In Residence without approval: $125 + fees*
Move Out Procedures
What you have to do:
- Students are required to complete an Express Check-Out envelope 24 hours after their final exam starting August 15, 2017
- When you are packed and ready to leave, place keys in an Express Check-Out envelope and place in the outgoing mail slot located next to the mailboxes in your lobby.
- Charges will be posted to your SIS account if keys are not returned upon departure.
- Express check-out envelopes can be found in the lobby of your building by the student mailboxes. Read The Instructions Carefully.
What happens to any items left behind by a student?

Items left behind will be considered unwanted and will be donated to a local charity
Items you would like to store?
- Students who are returning to residence in September 2017 can store items in a trunk room.
- Items must be tagged with your name, student number and contact information
- Check with your RA about the trunk rooms. Due to limited space, storage will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Do not place anything of value in the trunk room
What happens to my mail?
- Students must arrange with Canada Post to have their mail redirected. Mail will not be held.
- Packages will be held for two weeks and then returned to sender if not claimed.
Don’t Forget To:
- Empty the garbage and recycling boxes/containers
- Empty and clean your refrigerator, DO NOT UNPLUG
- Remove tape form ceilings, walls and doors
- Return furniture to the original position
- If your bed has a mattress cover, remove it from your bed, and put it in a plastic bags.
- Close your windows and Lock your door
