Inter-Summer 2023 Early Arrival
- Residence Services will not be accepting Early Arrivals for Inter-Summer 2023
- Move-in date for NEW residence students will vary, depending on which program students are enrolled

- If you’re moving in after the scheduled move-in date for the program you are enrolled in, you will need to complete/submit a late arrival form. To complete the form, click StarRez Portal (starrezhousing.com)
Late Arrivals – Inter/Summer 2023
- Residence Services is accepting late arrival requests for Inter/Summer 2023 sessions for NEW incoming residence students
- NEW Residence students who are arriving after their scheduled Inter/Summer 2023 session move-in date, must submit a Late Arrival Form
- For scheduled move-in dates, visit https://www.uwindsor.ca/residence/1545/moving-summer-2023
- Residence students who have been approved for a late arrival, will only be able to move-in Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm EST
- Late Arrivals will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
- Students who arrive pre/post as listed above, will need to find alternate accommodations until the Residence Office re-opens
- Residence students who have submitted a late request, will receive an email confirming their late arrival

- If you wish to cancel your residence room assignment before the scheduled move-in date, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form.
- To request an extension to live in residence beyond the April 2023 End of Term date, you must complete the Extension Request Form.
- To request an extension for the December Break, complete the Extension Form.

- To request an appeal, you must complete the Request for Appeal Form.
- If you are supported by a service animal, please visit the Student Accessibility Services website, to discuss the intake process for registering your service animal for accommodation.

- Complete the Withdrawal Form if you wish to withdraw from your residence room assignment after the scheduled move-in date.
