Samantha Cisilino

Samantha Cisilino obtained a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Wayne State University and has a certificate in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph. She is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist.

Samantha was trained to view things from a systems perspective, but her therapeutic approach is integrative. She enjoys using interventions from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Her clinical interests include family issues, relationship conflict, and anxiety.

Samantha aims to help her clients live a fulfilling life by achieving self-actualization. She does this by teaching her clients how to communicate effectively, how to manage their emotions, how to recognize and maintain deep, meaningful relationships, and how to discover their inner values and goals.
