Student Health, Counselling & Wellness Services and more than 40 campus and community partners invite you to participate in Lancers Care Week! Take part in free mental health training sessions, well-being workshops, self-care events, information booths, and a Bell Let's Talk Day Student Support Services Fair. Join us for a week of campus connection and care! 

Participation is open to all members of the UWindsor campus community unless otherwise noted for specific events.

TRAINING SESSION | Mental Health for Student Leaders (STUDENTS ONLY)

Learn about how to support well-being in yourself and others as a student leader while exploring concepts like stigma reduction, how to create a caring and compassionate environment, coping skills, signs it's time to reach out for support, and resources on campus and in the community.

In this 1-hour presentation, The Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA)’s Health Educators will discuss eating disorders and disordered eating. Topics will include: review of various eating disorders, risk factors, causes and signs & symptoms. BANA will discuss more about their list of services and how to support those you suspect may be affected by disordered eating.
