WECAP connects upcoming FAHSS grads with Windsor-Essex County employers for early-career apprenticeship opportunities that provide mentorship, skill development, and the ability to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

Participating students receive support from Career Development & Experiential Learning to prepare for and participate in a competitive application and hiring process. All WECAP opportunities are full-time and paid for at least one year.

CenterLine (Windsor) Ltd. Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst (MIDA) The successful candidate will be responsible for all market research tasks and processes that support CenterLine's Sales & Marketing Strategy requirements. The MIDA will use established industry best practices, tools, market knowledge, marketing experience and education to perform all task and responsibilities of this role.
Essex Power Corporation Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will report to the Business Optimization Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the management of a wide range of internal projects within the Essex Power Group of Companies. They will also help analyze and document the processes and systems of business operations, as well as help design and describe solutions that deliver value to the organization. 

Essex Power Corporation Communications Assistant The Communications Assistant will report to the Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications and will be responsible for supporting strategies that increase the company's visibility. 

The candidate will support internal and external communications projects including, creating marketing material, building marketing campaigns, writing for industry-related news articles, event planning and enhancing digital presence.
Monarch Basics Account Manager/Business Development As an Account Manager at Monarch Basics, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with your clients. Not only will you need to secure new business opportunities and maintain relationships, but you will also need to nurture them!   
Nigerian Canadians for Cultural, Educational and Economic Progress Community Engagement and Communication Coordinator

The successful candidate will assist the program managers and/or Executive Director with the Sokoni Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP).

You will be required to assist with day-to-day operations as needed, with a focus on engagement and communication within the community. These tasks can include registering participants for the program, participation in fundraising preparations, creation of events, content creation for website and social media platforms.

Nigerian Canadians for Cultural, Educational and Economic Progress Grant Writer and Coordinator

The successful candidate will assist the Executive Director and senior program managers with grant proposal preparations by determining program concepts and activities, budgets, staffing, and timetables.

They have to be willing to attend and punctual with all grant activities including information sessions, meetings with staff, and meetings with grant advisors via governments. They have to communicate effectively with grant partners/organizations, local politicians, grant advisors, and the community.

Papp Plastics & Distributing Ltd. Cost Estimator The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates for Management review using Papp approved methods and procedures.

TransForm Shared Service Organization Jr. Business Analyst

Responsible for supporting the process transformation and or the delivery of effective software application solutions and which meet the needs of the healthcare customers they support.

This role supports the business analyst and or clinical informatics staff in the investigation and recommendation for new initiatives and is the primary TransForm resource responsible for the planning, capturing of current processes, designing new processes,  procurement, implementation and support of assigned software applications and or process transformation projects.

TransForm Shared Service Organization Writer

The successful candidate will provide support in all communications efforts and tactics for TransForm including website, publications and social media to consistently articulate the vision, mission and values of TransForm Shared Services Organization.

They will ensures that TransForm is viewed as the leader of health system shared service organizations through a prescribed communications strategy.

TransForm Shared Service Organization Engagement Coordinator The successful candidate will liaise with hospitals and Ontario Health Team members and RSOC team members to outline processes, audit, provide resources, education, and answer questions. This role will also attend RSOC program meetings to report on progress and adoption/completion of security assessments.    
TRU Real Estate Group Ltd. Creative Director

The successful candidate will be involved in graphic design; video (creative, shooting and editing), event planning, community engagement, social media management, creative writing (newsletters and community/client correspondence) and all other creative ways to share brand awareness.
