Fellowships to support grad study in reasoning, argumentation and rhetoric

The Centre for Research in Reasoning, Argumentation and Rhetoric (CRRAR) is offering two Graduate Student Fellowships in the Winter semester 2013. Conditions and description are as follows:

  • awards are per semester, $1500;
  • only University of Windsor graduate student whose interests and programs of study intersect with CRRAR interests are eligible;
  • it is possible to be awarded a CRRAR Student Fellowship more than once;
  • holders of CRRAR Student Fellowship are expected to participate in the life of the centre, and to make a presentation about their research to the centre.

To apply, students should send (i) a copy of their CV, (ii) a one-page account of their research interests, and (iii) an explanation of how their research interests are connected with those of the centre. Potential applicants may want to review the CRRAR website—www.uwindsor.ca/crrar—to determine the centre’s research interests.
