Dinner in the Marketplace food court Thursday will give diners a chance to say “Be Mine” to the objects of their affections.
The menu in the CAW Student Centre food services outlet will celebrate St. Valentine’s Day with these entrée choices:
- Surf and turf: a six-oz. New York strip loin steak served with garlic shrimp, asparagus tips, carrot coins and duo of duchess potato Madeira reduction;
- Heart-shaped jumbo ravioli filled with ricotta and cheeses, creamed butternut squash, and cremini mushrooms.
- Chicken stuffed with fig, walnut and brie, served with a natural au jus, port and balsamic reduction.
