UWindsor faculty and staff members interested in attending the Welcoming Celebration for incoming students should know that there are seats waiting for them.

The annual event, the pinnacle of UWindsor Welcome Week, is set to be held at the Toldo Lancer Centre from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, immediately following program orientation activities.

"We would love to have faculty and staff turn out to show our incoming students the support they can expect at the University of Windsor," says organizer Amber Norman, student development specialist in the Student Success and Leadership Centre.

She says there will be reserved seating designated for employees who wish to participate in the festivities.
