Career-driven Education for Engineering Professionals
Accelerate your engineering career by obtaining a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree from the University of Windsor. Offered by the Faculty of Engineering in partnership with the Odette School of Business, the MEM program prepares engineers for leadership roles in multinational engineering and technical enterprises and contribute to manufacturing strategies, corporate innovation, and operations management. Coursework also includes planning and executing technology commercialization and go-to-market strategy to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among MEM graduates.
- Online Offering: As Ontario’s only weekend MEM and Canada’s first online engineering management degree, this two-year program enables working professionals to earn their master’s without interrupting their careers. The flexible format is delivered primarily online, complemented by two mandatory on-campus weekend residencies each year. Learn more here.
- On-Campus Offering: This is a shorter, on-campus offering, designed to allow students to connect in person and build strong relationships. This program is considered a STEM program and graduates are eligible to apply for Post-graduation Work Permit (PGWP). Learn more here.
