All lost and found items can be claimed at the front desk during daily business hours. Please call (519) 253-3000 ext. 7029 to speak with a front desk representative. Please note that items such as clothing, water bottles, and shoes found by our staff are stored for 30 days before being donated to a local charity.

Facilities

Yes, there is a "natural!" smoothie bar located within the Lancer Commons, open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the Fall and Spring semesters. For the most up-to-date information on hours, please visit the Sodexo website.

Water temperature is variable between 85-87 degrees Fahrenheit. For the most up-to-date information on hours and specific programming schedules, please visit Aquatics.

The original St. Denis Centre, built in 1981. The Toldo Lancer Centre (TLC), which adjoined the former St. Denis Centre in July 2022, became a reality thanks to a historic $55 million contribution from UWindsor students—the largest ever by Canadian university students—along with support from private and community partnerships.

Yes, spaces are available to rent for UWindsor students, employees, Toldo Lancer Centre members, and non-members. For more information on rental opportunities, please visit our Rental Opportunities page.

UWindsor students and employees can use their UWin Student/Employee card to access the entrance gates. 

TLC members will receive a card that grants them access to the entrance gates. 

All members can also use the Lancer Athletics and Recreation app, available on the App Store or Google Play, to generate a barcode for entry. Members must have their cards with them to access the Toldo Lancer Centre facilities and services. 

The Toldo Lancer Centre offers a variety of facilities and rental opportunities for sporting, corporate, and recreational events. Yes, we have showers available in the women's, men's, and universal/family washrooms.

Yes, we have lockers available throughout the entire facility. They are free to use, but you do need to bring your own lock. The electronic hardware on all lockers has been disengaged from the system. Locks are available for purchase at the Toldo Lancer Centre service desk for $10 + tax. No overnight lockers are permitted. Contents left in lockers for more than 24 hours will be brought to the lost and found.

Memberships

Anyone! UWindsor students, employees, alumni and the greater Windsor-Essex community can access and/or purchase memberships at the Toldo Lancer Centre.

Yes, the Pool and Fitness Centre will be accessible during varsity games. Regular programming and schedules will continue as usual. For the most up-to-date information on hours and specific programming schedules, please visit our registration website or app.

Yes, day passes are available for purchase. This is a great option for UWindsor students, employees and members that want to share the Toldo Lancer experience with a guest or if anyone wants to test out the Toldo Lancer Centre Facility.

UWindsor Alumni Discount: UWindsor alumni are entitled to a 15% discount on full-facility memberships at the Toldo Lancer Centre. To qualify for this rate, alumni must present their UWindsor Alumni Card before purchasing a membership. The UWindsor Alumni Card is free and can be requested through the Alumni Association. 

All Semester Class Pass: The All Class Pass allows entry into all Lancer Fit and Instructional classes. The All Class Passes are available at the start of our terms on January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st. At checkout, this membership is prorated, so you only pay for the time you can use it.  

First Responders and Veterans Discount: First Responders and Veterans receive a 25% discount on full-facility memberships. 

Memberships can be paid using a one-time credit card payment. Please speak with a Lancer Recreation front desk representative to discuss your payment options.

Yes, you can get pool-only memberships at the Toldo Lancer Centre. Please check our pricing and membership options for more details. 

Yes, our personal training sessions are offered at extremely competitive prices, with rates as low as $19 per session, depending on the package you choose. All trainers are UWindsor students that are officially licensed for personal training, ensuring you receive high-quality training from knowledgeable and enthusiastic professionals. The Toldo Lancer Centre (TLC) stands out with its state-of-the-art equipment, extensive size, and diverse facility offerings. It features three fitness areas, a dedicated spin room, two group training studios, a 25m eight-lane pool, a 150m indoor walking track, a 200m indoor running track, two wood court surfaces, Mondo surfaces for badminton and pickleball, and a 400m outdoor track. Programming + Services

Students, employees, and community members are encouraged to view the Toldo Lancer Centre offerings through the Lancer Recreation Registration website. For a mobile experience, download the Lancer Athletics & Recreation app and tap the 'Lancer Recreation Program and Classes' tile. The app can be downloaded on apple and android devices for free from the Apple store or PlayStore.

LancerFit classes are group fitness sessions automatically included for all UWindsor students and in Full-Facility Memberships for faculty, full-time employees, alumni, and the community. Access includes HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Run Crew, and Spin Classes. For those seeking a fun and motivating environment to enhance their skills, Lancer Recreation’s Instructional Fitness Classes are a great option. Specialty Instructional Fitness Classes listed below require additional fees for all community, employee, and student memberships due to the advanced level of instruction.
