Recent Alumni Association Award of Merit recipient Janet Davidson (BScN ’71, LLD ’09) is on the move, with the announcement that she has been appointed as the Canadian Head of the Global Healthcare Center of Excellence. "The role as Head of the Global Healthcare Center of Excellence offers a unique opportunity to deliver innovative healthcare solutions," said Davidson. "The Canadian healthcare system is a reference point for many international jurisdictions seeking innovative solutions to their substantive issues. We have insights and best practices to share. At the same time we can also benefit from progress and programs elsewhere in the world."
At KPMG, Davidson will provide senior executive leadership in the areas of health system design, patient experience, system integration, healthcare policy as well as mergers and acquisitions. (from Alumni eNews, December 2011)
