Susan Dennison selected to receive Service Excellence Award

Congratulation to our Clinical Lab Coordinator Sue Dennison, who was selected to receive a Service Excellence Award – Individual. This award is one of several Employee Recognition Awards given out annually by the University. This particular award recognizes excellence in service and support to students, faculty, staff and/or other service users. Service excellence is demonstrated by consistently delivering service that exemplifies the UWindsor Service Standards. Please see the Daily News story for more details.

Sue is a role model in providing the highest level of service for all visitors to the Clinical Learning Centre (CLC) – including students, faculty, instructors, alumni, other campus employees, our external partner institutions and agencies. One of the consistent comments from the students is about how approachable and helpful Sue is when they visit the CLC. She has a true passion for helping students to learn and excel at their clinical skills, with a genuine desire to see them succeed.

Sue was nominated for this award by Judy Bornais, with supporting letters provided by nursing students Brooke Sibbick and Melanie Renaud, and Dean Linda Patrick.
