About the Guest Speaker
Professor Padma Ravi, RN, BSc (M.B.F), BScN, MN, CPPS, PhD(student), Lecturer
Padma is a Limited Term Lecturer and a PhD student in nursing with a passion for patient safety and advancing healthcare through research and education. She is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety and has participated in various projects and committees in improving patient safety and quality of care. With the goal of becoming a nurse scientist, Padma focuses on applying Boyer’s model of scholarship and empowering students to thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring spirituality through writing, creating healthy Indian recipes, and crochet.
