Are You Looking to Host an Event During Welcome Week 2026?
Welcome Week 2026 will be happening this year from Sunday, September 6th - Saturday, September 12th!
We encourage campus partners to host an event and partner with us in welcoming new undergraduate students to the University of Windsor.
To be able to host an event during Welcome Week, an Event Information Form (EIF) will be required. Once completed, your event will be reviewed by the Student Success and Leadership Centre and those that adhere to our Division of Student Affairs Event Planning policies and our Welcome Week Goals will be promoted in our Welcome Week promotional materials.
Event Organizers are encouraged to review the Welcome Week Events Guide for an overview of responsibilities and step-by-step process.
Program Orientations do not require an EIF, please visit the Program Orientation page for the correct form.
All event information forms must be submitted by Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
