I am looking to host an event during Welcome Week.
Event planners looking to host a UWindsor Welcome Week event between Sunday, August 31st and Saturday, September 6th, 2025 need to complete the event information form to begin the process. Event Information Forms will be reviewed by the UWindsor Welcome Week Event Approval Committee and those that adhere to our Division of Student Affairs Event Planning policies and our Welcome Week Goals will be promoted in our Welcome Week promotional materials.

All event information forms must be submitted by Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Event Information Form Submission is now closed.
Please note: In order to host an event, you MUST complete the event information form. The approval of your event for promotion is subject to the discretion of the Event Approval Committee.
How do I know that my event has been approved?
Everyone who submits an event information form MUST attend one of the two Event Approval Committee meetings where they will find out the results of their application. Sign up is contained in the event information form. The event hosts will receive a meeting invite from the SSLC for the date and time they have select and will be required to attend.

- Wednesday, June 25th from 10 am to 12 pm
- Wednesday, July 2nd from 10 am to 12 pm
