2.1 No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per person. This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.

2.2 The Contest is open to all individuals who are admitted as new students to the University of Windsor for Fall 2023, entering a first-degree entry undergraduate program, excluding law and consecutive education (the “Entrant(s)").

2.3 Entrants may enter the Contest by completing all the following:

  • (a) Must attend an in person Head Start Day

  • (c) Entrants must compete and return the Contest entry ballot on the day it is received during the Contest Period to be considered an eligible entry.

3.1 For the Head Start Day Prizes, on each Head Start Day at 1:30 PM ET, during the lunch time BBQ, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on that day, for each prize available for that day. All selected winners of a Head Start Day prize must be present to win. If the selected winner is not present, another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. The University will contact the selected winners of a physical prize and arrange for the winner to pick up their prize in-person or have the prize mailed to the winner’s place of residence, subject to the University’s discretion.

3.2 For the Primary Prize, on August 15, 2023, at 1:00 PM ET, broadcasted over Instagram Live on the Office of Student Experience’s Instagram account, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received from each Head Start Day. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. The winner will be notified through their UWindsor email used to enter the Contest. If the winner fails to respond within five (5) days or claim their prize as outlined in the notification email to the winner, the winner will forfeit their prize and an alternative winner will not be selected.

3.3 As a condition of winning a prize, all winners must correctly answer the University administered, time-limited, skill testing question.

3.4 Each winner agrees that the University may publish the winner’s name.
